CIPP
Pipemade offers tools for trenchless method of sewer construction known as Cured-in-Place-Pipe Lining (CIPP). This method requires minimal excavation and is suitable for both short and long runs of pipes that do not need to be upsized.
CIPP involves inserting a flexible liner inside the existing pipe, inflating it and then curing it with heat or ultraviolet light to harden the liner and restore the pipe to near-new condition. The process includes steps such as removing roots and debris from the pipe, setting up a sewer bypass system if necessary, running a vacuum to keep the pipe free of debris and water during the lining process, inserting the liner, curing it with heat or UV light, reopening and reinstating sewer service lateral connections, removing the bypass system if used, and conducting quality control inspections.
