Pipemade Return & Refund Policy
Pipemade offers a standard policy of 30 days for all of our products except for chemicals (Brawo RR & Spraypoxy Epoxy Cartridges). If 30 days has passed from your date of purchase, unfortunately we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be qualified for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
We also require a purchase receipt or other valid proof of purchase to complete your return or exchange.
Important: To start a return, always contact us through email@example.com before shipping your purchased items back to us. Do not ship anything before contacting us and receiving the correct instructions for the return.
Refunds (where applicable)
Once Pipemade receives and inspects your return, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. You will also receive an email notification about the status of your return, and the approval/rejection status of your return and/or refund.
If approved for a refund, your refund will be processed instantly and the refund will be automatically credited to your Credit Card used for the purchase, or other original method of payment, within 10 days of the approval.
Delayed or missing refunds (where applicable)
In the case of not receiving an approved & credited refund, please start by re-checking your bank account status. If the payment has not been deposited, you can contact your credit card company as it may take some time for your refund to be deposited.
If your credit card company is unable to assist you, you may also contact your bank for an inquiry. Most banks generally have an informed processing timeframe before a refund is deposited in your account. This is especially true with international banking.
If you have completed all of the steps above and still have not received your refund, please contact Pipemade Support through firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges (where applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to learn whether your purchase is eligible for an exchange to a same, new item, contact our support through email@example.com. Please read more from our Warranty Info.
Important: Always contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org BEFORE shipping your item back to us for exchange. We will provide you with necessary further instructions for completing the exchange transaction.
Shipping Instructions & Costs
We will provide you with the necessary details and instructions and the address information for the return shipping. You will be held responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you’re eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount. Depending on your location, the delivery time for your exchanged product may vary.
If you’re shipping an item of over 75 EUR, we highly suggest that you utilize a trackable shipping service or purchase an insurance for the shipment. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your return shipment.
Should you reject an incoming delivery from Pipemade for any reason after we have provided you with a tracking number for the shipment, you will be held liable for the import fees which may be imposed on Pipemade if we are forced to re-import the shipment and its contents back to Finland.
The costs associated with the retrieval of our products (return delivery) will be deducted from the sales price of the contents, and the difference will be refunded to your account (or method of payment) in terms with this policy.
