Shipping and Customs Fees
All products sold on Pipemade.com require shipping, and customers are responsible for understanding the shipping policies and any related fees. Before placing an order, we strongly encourage all customers to read our Shipping Policy, which provides important details about delivery times, shipping costs, and potential customs and tax charges.
VAT and Customs Fees for International Orders (Including the UK)
For customers located in the UK and other international destinations, please note that while the shipping fee is paid at checkout, additional customs duties, VAT, or other import taxes may be imposed by your local government when the product reaches your country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee paid on Pipemade.com.
In the case of UK customers, particularly after Brexit, the VAT and customs fees are often charged upon arrival of the shipment in the UK. This is a mandatory fee demanded by the UK government, not by Pipemade.com or our courier service (currently UPS). We cannot influence or control these charges, and they are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please be aware that the courier may request payment for these additional fees before completing the delivery. If the customer does not pay these fees, the package may be held, delayed, or returned to us. Pipemade.com is not responsible for these charges, nor do we receive any portion of these fees.
By proceeding with a purchase, you agree to cover any applicable VAT, customs fees, or other import duties as required by your local government.

Disclaimer of Liability: Pipemade.com is not responsible for any damages caused to any drain, pipe, or other property resulting from the use of our products. Pipemade.com is also not liable for any injuries or damages to persons resulting from product misuse, improper handling, or if a product breaks down during use. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that products are used correctly, safely, and according to all local laws and regulations.

All credit card information is encrypted during transfer over networks.

Pipemade.com is not liable for discrepancies in color or product appearance due to monitor display differences.
