Return and Refund Policy
At Pipemade, we offer a 30-day return policy for all our products, except for chemicals. If more than 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging. We also require a receipt or other valid proof of purchase to process your return or exchange.
Important: To start a return, please contact us through the contact form found on the "Contact Us" page before sending any items back. We will provide you with the necessary instructions for your return. Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.
Refunds (Where Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you that we have received your item. We will also inform you whether your return has been approved or rejected.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days from the date of approval.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (Where Applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund after being notified of approval:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is reflected in your account, especially with international banking transactions.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us with any questions or concerns about your specific item before initiating a return.
Exchanges (Where Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your purchase is eligible for an exchange, please contact us using the contact form on the "Contact Us" page. For more details, please refer to our Warranty Info page.

Shipping Instructions & Costs
For any return or exchange, please first contact us using the contact form on the "Contact Us" page, depending on the issue. We will provide you with detailed return instructions, including the shipping address.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning an item valued over 75 EUR, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Pipemade cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking information.
Rejected Deliveries
If you reject an incoming delivery from Pipemade for any reason after a tracking number has been issued, you will be responsible for any import fees incurred if the shipment is returned to us in Finland.
The cost of re-importing the product will be deducted from the refund amount for the returned goods, and the remaining balance will be credited to your original payment method in accordance with this policy.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us through the contact form on the "Contact Us" page within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details of the damage or defect to expedite the process. We will arrange for the return and replacement of the item at no additional cost to you.
