Shortlining and Patch Lining is a great way to service your customers even better. Often when running service calls, while your cleaning & inspecting the pipes, you figure out that there are minor damages in the pipes. Probably not enough to warrant a full renovation per se, but still something that will evolve into something worse if not handled. Installing a shortliner or a patch might do the trick. And it's a nice added profit for the call, too.
